Digital Image Submission Guidelines Please submit 4-5 digital images of your artwork (Please remember that the jury will make their decisions based solely on the images presented. It is in your best interest to provide the best quality photos that you can. These can be submitted by email toÃÂ info@oxfordcreativeconnections.com. Good quality images are extremely important. They must be current and visually attractive, reflecting the excellence of your work. If you do not have access to a digital camera (or a friend with one), get professional images taken. Ideally, images should be at least 300 dpi and be in a jpg format. Colour mode should be RGB or SRGB (not CMYK) .This should be the normal or default on your camera. For best results, images should measure between 2400 and 2600 pixels on their longest side (i.e., taken with a digital camera between 2 mega pixels and 5 mega pixels on their best setting). Images may also be emailed to info@oxfordcreativeconnections.com Please name your files as follows: yourname1.jpg,ÃÂ yourname2.jpg, yourname3.jpg (i.e. if your name is Mary Moore your file names would be marymoore1.jpg, marymoore2.jpg, and marymoore3.jpg. DO NOT compress the files using ZIP, Stuffit or any other compression software. We may not be able to open them.
